Respected Sushma Swaraj, Leader of opposition, Loksabha today met NE student leaders in her Parliamentary office in presence of Shri Tarun Vijay, MP, Shri Kiran Rijiju, former MP Arunachal Pradesh and Shri Sunil Deodhar, National Convener of the North East Cell, BJP.
She assured all help and immediately directed to include the special provision of including NE heroes and social reformers life sketches in the curriculum of CBSE and NCERT so that th next government will have to implement it. She also told that the racial discrimination is an office under 153 A Cr Proc educe Act. he offered all help to the NE students. She also committed to include the demands to have the hostels for NE students and the inclusion of the life sketches of the great men and women of NE in school curriculums as a part of BJP's election menifesto.
