Talks for improving India Japan ties - Tarun Vijay leading MP delegation to Tokyo


Mr. Tarun Vijay, MP and National Spokesperson, BJP has been invited to Japan as a leader of delegation of Indian Parliamentarians to meet three former Prime Ministers and several other national dignitaries for the improvement of India – Japan relations.

In the picture Mr. Tarun Vijay is seen meeting the former PM of Japan Mr. Yukio Hatoyama, at the ruling Democratic Party office, Tokyo. In the second picture Mr. Vijay is meeting Ms. Makiko Kikuta, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, Japan in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Both meetings took place on 7th February 2011.

The talks between the Japanese leaders and Indian MPs ranged from strategic partnership between India and Japan, ending the menace of terrorism to increasing Japanese investment in India. Mr Tarun Vijay spoke about the great steps taken during Vajpayee’s regime to improve bilateral relations.

The four member delegation comprises of Shri Tarun Vijay, Shri Ranjit Singh Mohite Patil, MP (NCP), Shri Sanjay Takam, MP (Congress) and Smt. Shruti Chaudhry, MP (Congress).
